What we collect, and why.

Last updated 3 September 2026. Questions, or want your data deleted? Email omarragehfulda@gmail.com.

What you give us

When you build a timeline we store exactly what you type into the form:

  • Your email address
  • The names you want printed on the cards
  • Your wedding date and the city or venue
  • Ceremony, venue access and photographer times, and party sizes
  • Vendor contacts you add: role, name and phone number
  • The free-text notes you write in the brain dump field

We do not ask for, see or store your card details. Payment happens entirely on Stripe's own checkout page.

What we do with it

Your times, notes and venue details are sent to Anthropic's Claude API, which turns them into the timeline. Your email address and vendor phone numbers are never included in that request.

Your email is used to send your receipt, to reach you if something goes wrong with your order, and to handle a refund if you ask for one. We do not send marketing email and we never sell or share your details.

Who processes it

  • SupabaseDatabase. Your timeline is stored in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1).
  • VercelHosting for the website and its server routes.
  • AnthropicThe AI that builds the timeline from your times and notes.
  • StripePayment, checkout and receipts. They handle your card details, we never do.
  • MetaAdvertising measurement, and only if you accept the banner. Never receives your email, names, vendor contacts or notes.

How long we keep it

Timelines are kept so you can re-download your bundle from your success link later. If you want yours removed, email us and we will delete it, normally within a few days.

Stripe keeps payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is outside our control.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email omarragehfulda@gmail.com and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies and measurement

Your timeline is held in your browser's session storage while you move between the form and the checkout, and it clears when you close the tab. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to process the payment and prevent fraud. Neither needs your consent, because without them the service cannot work.

We also use the Meta pixel to measure which adverts bring people here. It only loads if you press Accept on the banner, it never runs before you choose, and declining changes nothing about building or buying your timeline. If you accept, the pixel tells Meta that a page was viewed, a timeline was generated, a checkout was started, or a purchase was completed, along with the amount paid. Your email, your names, your vendor contacts and your notes are never sent to Meta.

To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and you will be asked again.

Refunds

Not what you hoped for? Email omarragehfulda@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.

This page describes how the service actually works today. If we change what we collect, we will change this page.
